Overview
KoFaso US is a marketplace of independent sellers and the KoFaso Official Store. Shipping speed, carriers, and rates are set by each seller and shown on every product page and at checkout before you confirm your order. We do not advertise a platform-wide delivery promise.
Shipping options
Depending on the seller and item, you may see:
- Standard shipping via USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL — tracked end-to-end through our carrier integration.
- Expedited or overnight when offered by the seller for an additional fee.
- Local pickup at a seller-managed pickup location.
- Local meet-up at a public, seller-chosen location after payment.
Rates & timing
Shipping rates and estimated transit times are calculated from the seller's origin and your shipping address, and shown before checkout. Sellers must ship within their stated handling window (typically 1–3 business days). Carrier transit times are estimates and may vary during holidays or severe weather.
Tracking
As soon as a seller adds a tracking number, KoFaso syncs live carrier events to your order page and your guest order lookup link. You'll see the same shipment timeline — label created, in transit, out for delivery, delivered — without having to visit the carrier's site.
Local pickup & meet-up
For local pickup, the seller's address and instructions are shared once your order is paid. For meet-ups, the seller proposes a public location in messages — confirm the order ID in person and never hand over cash until the item matches the listing. See our Safety Center for meet-up guidance.
Lost, damaged, or never delivered
If a tracked package is delayed beyond the carrier's estimate, arrives damaged, or is marked delivered but missing, open a dispute from your order page within 14 days. KoFaso Buyer Protection covers eligible card orders — see Return Policy.
Where we ship
KoFaso US currently supports shipping within the 50 United States, Washington D.C., and Puerto Rico. International shipping is not yet available.
